“One OS to rule them all,
One OS to find them.
One OS to call them all,
And in salvation bind them.
In the bright land of Linux,
Where the hackers play.”
~ J. Scott Thayer, with apologies to J.R.R.T.
Linux is a tool. An incredibly useful, flexible, and scalable tool, but a tool nonetheless. While Linux is indeed my primary OS, I use Windows, OSX, and (occasionally) FreeBSD when appropriate.
I always try to advocate for the correct tool for the job, regardless of what OS that tool may use.
I use Linux on a daily basis.
If I’m not logged in on one of my servers via my laptop or desktop, I’m using ServerAuditor on my tablet or ConnectBot on my phone to do something remotely.
